Glass Animals “Glass Animals EP”

 

If psychedelic, spacey electronica is your flavor of choice then you’ll be pleasantly surprised by Glass Animals. Glass Animals was formed in 2012 and has 2 EP’s to date. A very haunting, atmospheric first EP, “Leaflings”, sets the tone for Glass Animals and is only continued in their second and latest EP, “Glass Animals”. This newer album is just as haunting and melodic as the first but adds a pinch of indie pop. Glass Animals have made Dave Barley’s soulful vocals work smoother than butter with their psychedelic, space age sound. They are quite the treat to listen too. This band is one to keep your eyes on for great things to come in the future. Hopefully there will be a full length album in the spring time. For this EP we recommend “Psylla”, “Black Mambo”, and “Exxus”.
